Online coaching

We can also offer online coaching.

Johannes has special expertise in sports performance, but this is also suitable for those of you who just want to get better trained.

You choose how many different sessions per week you want and pay for the number.

There are weekly updates in sets, reps, weight and exercises adapted to you so that you get the best possible program.

For athletes, it is a perfect opportunity to get your own pre/post match sessions to make the training week as optimal as possible so that you can perform and develop in the best possible way.

Johannes has worked extensively with training and adaptation around injuries and can therefore adapt your program if you have/have injuries so that you can return to sports/everyday life more quickly.

There will be a start-up fee of NOK 100. The coaching is ongoing until you cancel with 14 days' notice.
