GROUP CLASSES

To book group lessons, you must download the Wix app and create a user account.

Remember to book a group class in the Wix app! It is important to cancel as soon as possible if necessary, so that someone else can take your place. Please note that the TT class requires 4 people to be registered for it to take place.

TT-HOUR

Functional Training

We want to offer group sessions that will challenge the member's strength, endurance, mobility and coordination abilities. These sessions will be crossfit-inspired and are a social, as well as effective way to train. The sessions will be able to be completed by anyone and we want to adapt to the individual's needs. Everyone is welcome here!
The class has space for 12 people.
There must be 4 people registered for the class to be held.

SPINNING

Pulse, sweat and exceptional mood

We have 12 bikes ready to go when HP and Lloyd kick off Tananger's only spinning offer! They'll take you on a few intense minutes on the spinning bike. Here we can guarantee good music, a pulse and a sweat.

MOTHER & CHILD HOURS

Training is for everyone!

Physiotherapist Hanne Kristiansen from Klinikk Optimal is starting mother & child training with us!

Hanne is a mother of two herself and has extensive experience with training. She will check the participants' abdominal muscles at the start to see what level of exercises they should start with.

The training will be suitable for all mothers. To ensure that everyone receives good and individual follow-up, the training will take place in groups with a maximum of 8 participants.

The main focus of the training is safe and gentle fitness, strength, stability and pelvic floor training. The child can of course join the class - as a weight or as a spectator. It is possible to bring a car seat or stroller bag into the group room, or the child can use a mat on the floor.

SENIOR CLASS

Training is for everyone!

Physiotherapist Hanne Kristiansen runs the training offer "senior class"! The class is specially designed for those of you who are well grown, or who for other reasons need to have the training adapted to your needs. We want everyone to experience the joy of movement and mastery! The class consists of functional and effective exercises for better fitness, strength, mobility and balance. Physiotherapist Hanne Kristiansen has good professional competence and long experience as a group instructor. She will help adapt exercises that the individual can take at their own pace. You do not need to be a member of Tananger Training Center to sign up.
